How to do a 45° Back Extension (Hamstring Emphasis)

Perform 45 degree extension reps with a neutral spine (rather than with a slightly flexed spine for glute emphasis). Maintenance of neutral pelvis & spine will allow hamstrings to work more dominantly than the glutes.
