How to do a Back Bend (Twist)

Start on your hands and feet with your fingers pointed back towards your feet and your knees under your hips. Pull your foot off the floor followed by your arm on the same side. Twist and bend over into a back bend position, placing your foot and then hand onto the floor. Twist again in the same direction to return to your hands and feet but with your body facing towards the floor.
