How to do a Banded Ankle Dorsiflexion Mobilisation (A to P Traction)

With your foot elevated, tie a band at the top of your foot (bottom of your shins) and have enough tension in the band so that it feels like it's holding your ankle secure. Then move your knee forward so that your shins are going over your toes (aim for your pinky toe). Keep an arch in your foot as you do this to mobilise your ankle effectively.
