How to do Barbell Upright Rows
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. 2. Engage your core and pull your shoulders back while keeping a neutral spine. 3. Raise your elbows out to the side, stopping when they are in line with your shoulders. You can go higher if your shoulder mobility allows. 4. Pause before returning the bar back down.
