How to do Bench Dips
Set your hands just outside ya bum with your fingers facing forward. Peel your shoulders back and down. Pull your bum off the bench and lower it until your elbows create a 90 degree angle. You want to be feeling a stretch in the front of your chest as you lower, and then drive out of the bottom by pressing your hands into the bench - squeezing the back of your arms to lock out and get that burn.
