How to do a Chest Press Machine
1. Adjust the seat so that the handles are in line with your chest, and then grab with an overhand grip. 2. Sit up straight with your back against the support, core engaged, and your feet flat on the floor. 3. Press the handles forward by extending your arms out in front. Focus on using the chest muscles to drive this movement. 4. Stop just before locking your elbows out, then slowly return back to the starting position.
