How to do a Clean and Jerk

Start the Clean and Jerk with the barbell on the ground in the deadlift position. Then pull the barbell up and catch it in the front rack position. Then perform a squat. Drive back to the standing position and then press the barbell over head. Hinge at the hips to explode and jump into the split position.
