How to do a Concentric Pause Pull Ups (Frenchies)

Part 1: Pull up to 1/4 of the way up and pause before finishing the rest of the pull up. Part 2: Pull up to 1/2 of the way up and pause before finishing the rest of the pull up. Part 3: Pull up all the way up and pause before lowering back down.
