How to do DB Bent Over Rows
Start standing with your feet hip width apart while holding a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip. Hinge forward until your torso is roughly parallel with the floor. Set your shoulders back and down, and push your core against an imaginary belt. Pull your elbows as far behind you as possible and squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement. Lower the dumbbells back with control to your starting position and repeat.
