How to do a DB Floor Press
Grab a pair of dumbbells and set up on the ground with your knees bent and lower back flush with the ground. Get your elbows in a comfortable position, pull your low abs in and set your shoulders back and down. Use your chest muscles to push the dumbbells up together to kiss (not clang together). Think about trying to crush a walnut between your pecs! Actively pull your elbows back towards the floor with control feeling a nice stretch in your chest (keeping tension throughout).
