How to do DB Thrusters
Set the dumbbells on your shoulders and have your feet in your squat stance (approx shoulder width apart). Screw your feet into the floor and pull your knees outward to turn on your glutes. Actively pull yourself down into your squat, keeping tension throughout. Drive explosively out of the bottom squeeze your butt as hard as you generate power to press the dumbbells up overhead. Repeat.
