How to do Dead Bugs

Start lying with your back on the floor, your arms up straight and your knees hovering off the ground stacked over your hips. Simultaneously lower your right arm and left leg until they are hovering just above the floor. Use your core to pull them back to the starting position and switch sides. Keep your lower back pushed into the floor throughout.
