How to do Dead Stop Swings

Set up for a swing Hike the bell back between the legs, then explode the hips forward to launch the bell into the swing. Let the bell swing back, letting it pass high between the legs (bell at knee height or above), wait until the last moment to go back into the hinge. From the hinge, let the arms swing the bell back to the start position.
