How to do a Downward Dog To Upward Dog
Start with your hands shoulder width apart and your feet together. Pull your hips up towards the sky and press your heels down towards the floor all while pushing your chest through towards your knees. Flow into upward dog by dropping your hips towards the floor (but keep them hovering). Squeeze your butt and shine your chest towards the sky and you press your hands into and away from the floor.
