How to do a Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

Start with your feet shoulder width apart and hold the dumbbells with your palms facing inward. Push your core against an imaginary belt, set your shoulders back and down, and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Keep your chest up, hinge at your hips, with a straight back and lower the weights towards the ground. Only go as far as you can while maintaining a flat back and until you feel a nice stretch in the back of your legs. Reverse the motion, drive through your heels, squeeze your butt and stand tall.
