How to do a Eccentric Pause Pull Ups (Frenchies)

Part 1: Pull up all the way and pause at the top before coming back down. Part 2: Pull up all the way, but pause on the way down at 1/2 height before coming back down. Part 2: Pull up all the way, but pause on the way down at 1/4 height before coming back down.
