Start lying on your back with your feet shoulder width apart. Choose your working leg to start with, and pull your other leg up towards your chest. Pull your lower abs in and tuck your tail bone under. Push through your heel to drive your hips to the sky. Squeeze your butt cheeks together at the top. Only go as high and low while feeling the tension in your butt - not in your lower back.
