How to do a Half Kneeling Hip and Quad Stretch

Start in a lunge position on the floor. Pull your right heel as close as you can towards your butt using your left hand to assist you until you feel a nice stretch in the front of your thigh. To intensify the stretch you can position your body more upright, and squeeze your butt. Switch sides.
