How to do a Hang Snatch

The Hang Snatch is a weightlifting exercise that has the client with a barbell in hand with a snatch grip (wide) held above the knee, the client is going to extend the hips and drive the chest upward followed by a jump and shrug of the bar, the client then pulls the elbows high and outside the body til it it pressed and locked out overhead with the hip crease below the knee.

Shoulders, Forearms, Upper Back, Mid Back, Lower Back, Core - Transverse Abdominis, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves
