How to do a Hit The Button
Imagine there is a button a few steps ahead of you as you set your hands up on the bar. Aim to hit this button with your feet. As you do this, your body should end up in a diagonal line. Practicing this line without resetting is incredibly helpful to gaining your first muscle up!
