How to do Inch Worm Shoulder Taps

Start with your head tucked between your arms in a long plank position. Walk your feet in towards your hands, move your hips up in the air. Once you are your most compressed position lift a hand and tap your shoulder. Alternate side to side until you have completed all the reps required. Walk your hands back out to a long plank position and repeat.
