How to do Inch Worms

Start with your head tucked between your arms in a long plank position. Walk your feet in towards your hands, move your hips up in the air. The aim of this exercise is to become more compressed, getting your hips up higher and moving your upper body closer to your lower body, and getting your toes as close to your hands possible. Walk your hands back out to a long plank position and repeat.
