How to do a KB Clean, Squat, and Press (Single)

Set up as you would for a single hand swing/clean. Clean the bell to the rack position Descend with control into a racked squat, then rise back to standing and press the bell overhead. You may use the upward momentum of the squat to assist the press. Lower the bell to the rack, reverse clean and repeat or park the bell to finish the set.
