How to do a Kettlebell Clean (Single Hand)
Set up as you would for a single hand swing From the back of the hinge keep the elbow close to the body as the bell swings up. As the bell rises up, scoop your elbow lightly under the bell. Aim to bring your thumb to your collarbone, forearm close to vertical and the bell resting on the forearm. Release the bell from the rack and let it fall back on the same arc, back into the hinge. Either reclean the bell or park it to finish the set.
