How to do a Kettlebell Gunslinger

Set up as you would for a single hand swing. As the bell comes forward, keep your elbow connected to your torso or as close as possible. Let the bell rise until it is about horizontal, handle vertical. Let the bell swing back into the hinge, and repeat or park the bell to finish the set.
