How to do a Kettlebell Handle Rolling

Hold the handle of the bell. Experiment with grip tightness, rolling the bell backwards and forwards. You are looking to have a grip that allows the bell handle to move freely in the hand without skin gripping or catching in the movement. Use a grip of this tightness when snatching or cleaning the bell.
