How to do a Kettlebell Pendulum Drill
Set up as your would for a double hand swing. Swing the bell back between your legs (often called hiking the KB), and let it swing back to the start position. Aim to park the bell gently on the floor, like a plane landing, rather than the bell flopping onto the floor. Your body should stay in a hinge position, and not assist the movement.
