How to do a Kettlebell Press (Single)

Set up as your would for single hand swing and clean the bell into the rack position. Brace your core and legs. Inhale and hold and you press the bell overhead. Aim to keep your forearm as vertical as possible from the start. It can help to imagine your forearm as a rocket launching into space. Exhale at the top of the movement, and lower the bell back down with control. Bring the bell back to the floor via a reverse clean.
