How to do a Kettlebell Rack March in Place
Set up as you would for a clean, and clean the bell into the rack position. Holding the bell in the rack, brace your core and bring your thigh up to horizontal. Alternate legs, and march on the spot, your unloaded arm rising in time with the opposite leg. Clean the bell down, and park it to complete the set.
