How to do a Kettlebell Snatch

Set up as you would for a single hand swing When the bell is in the back of the hinge, explode the hips forward, and keep the elbow close to the torso. Like zipping up a jacket. As the bell rises, about shoulder height, spear your hand under the bell so that it is on the back of the wrist when it reaches the top position. Lockout in the top position. To bring the bell down, let the arm come forward, and pull the hand back under the bell. Let the bell fall down close to the body, like undoing a jacket zip. Bring the bell into the back of the hinge like a swing, and then repeat or park the bell.
