How to do a Kettlebell Swings (Hand-Hand Swaps)

Set up for a single hand swing. Rip the bell back between your legs and then explosively extend your hips to standing. As the bell approaches chest height begin to change hands. You need to complete your hand swap before the bell begins to drop back down. Wait for the bell before you hinge at the hips, your upper arm should have connected with your ribs before you break at the hips to enter a hinge position. The handle of the bell should pass above your knees (use your phone to video, or ask a friend to watch your swing). Park the bell like a pro when you have completed your reps.
