How to do Kettlebell Swings
Rip the bell back between your legs, and explode up to a standing position. Exhale forcefully before your hips are fully extended. Let the bell rise, without pulling up or lifting with the arms, to about chest height. Inhale here, while keeping some core tension. As the bell begins to fall back down, keep the shoulders packed, and wait until the last moment to enter the hinge. Your upper arm should touch your ribs before your hips begin to move back into the hinge. Let your hips go back and down slightly in your hinge. Park the bell like a pro once you have completed all of your reps.
