How to do Kettlebell Yoga Block Swings

Using a light/small kettlebell, kneel on two yoga blocks the same size. Hike the bell back and swing the bell with as deep a hinge as you can manage. Explosively drive the hips forward into extension, as you would in a full swing. Park the bell like a pro.
