How to do a L-Sit (Feet On Floor, Extended Legs)
Sit on the floor with your hands by your sides. Push into the ground hard with your arms, keeping your shoulders firmly packed down. With locked out straight legs, keep your heels on the floor only using as much help through your feet as you need. Hold yourself up for the desired amount of time. If this is too hard try with an object under your hands to elevate you higher off the ground.
