How to do a Landmine Chest Press
1. Attach a barbell to a landmine attachment and load the free end of the bar with weight plates. 2. Pick the barbell up and hold it with both hands at chest height, before taking a hip width stance. 3. Keeping the bar at chest height, and tucking your elbows in throughout the movement, start the movement by pushing through your chest to extend your arms up. Make sure to keep a soft bend in the elbows when extended. 4. Lower the barbell in line with your mid chest making sure you keep your elbows tucked rather than allowing them to flare outwards. Lower the barbell until it is nearly touching your chest before repeating.
