How to do a Low to High Cable Flyes (Cable Crossovers)

1. Set the pulleys on each side to the lowest level, attach a single handle to each pulley, and set your weight 2. Stand in the middle of both pulleys holding a handle in each hand and then step one foot forward and slightly bend your knees to put the cables under tension 3. Your arms should be slightly behind your body and extended outwards with palms facing forward. This is your starting position 3. Bring your arms upwards and towards the centre of your body, keeping a slight bend in your elbows. Your hands should come together in front of your chest with your palms facing the ceiling 4. Pause before reversing the movement back to starting position 5. Repeat
