How to do a Meadow Row
Use the landmine attachment & a barbell for this one. If you do not have a landmine attachment, wedge barbell in a corner. To perform this movement, hinge as close to parallel as mobility allows, and support this position by resting your opposite hand against your thigh. From here, grab the end of the barbell with a thumbless grip, and focus on using your mid traps to pull elbow high. As elbow is pulled up, scapula should be pulled in towards the spine by those mid-trap muscles.
