On your hands and knees, tilt your pelvis back and forth in full range of motion Isolate your lower back and hip flexor muscles to enter an 'anterior pelvic tilt' (arch) Isolate your lower abdominals and glutes to enter a 'posterior pelvic tilt' (tuck)
