How to do a Pike Hold (Feet Elevated)
With your feet on a box or elevated object place your hands down on the floor. With your head tucked between your arms and hips up in the air, walk your hands in as close to your feet as possible. The aim of this exercise is to become more compressed, getting your hips up higher and moving your upper body closer to your lower body.
