How to do a Pike Hold Shoulder Taps (Feet Elevated)

With your feet elevated, walk your hands into a pike position aiming to be as vertical as possible. From here, lift one arm at a time and tap the opposite shoulder under control. Maintain core and hip flexor activation as you 'compress' your lower trunk into a hinge.
