How to do a Plank (Elbow, Knee Taps)
Start in a low forearm plank with your elbows stacked underneath your shoulders. Pull your lower abs in, squeeze your butt, and create full body tension. With control, pull one knee down at a time to kiss it to the floor all while keeping your hips straight. Pull your knee back off the floor and switch sides.
