How to do Pseudo Planche Leans
Start in a hand plank position. Lean forward onto the fronts of your toes and bring your shoulders in front of your wrists. Push hard into the ground through your arms. The goal is to get your hands as close to your hips possible. Once you have reached your max lean and held it for a moment lean back to your starting position and then repeat. Note: Make sure you warm up your wrists before this exercise, they will be worked very intensely.
