How to do Russian Push Ups
Start in the top of a push up position, with the tops of your feet facing the floor. Lower yourself down to the ground and then actively push your butt back towards your heels as you transition onto your forearms/elbows. Pull yourself back through and press back up to the top position. Keep your low abs in and butt squeezed throughout.
