How to do a Seated Calf Raise

1. Sit on the edge of a chair or bench with your just under hip-width apart, toes facing forward. 2. If using them, rest a dumbbell on each thigh just above the knee. 3. Slowly raise your heels off the floor until you are on your tiptoes. 4. Hold before reversing back to starting position in a controlled movement.
