Set a bench to 60 degrees. Sit with your feet shoulder width apart. Get the bell to a chest position while seated in a high angle bench. Use both hands if you need to. Brace your core and press the bell, keeping the torso as stable as possible. Keep your shoulders pressed down away from your ears to keep the lats engaged.
