How to do Self Assisted Pistol Squats
Stand on one leg with your arms reached out in front of you. Wrap the foot of your hovering leg around the ankle of your standing leg. Sit your hips back and bend the knee of the leg on the floor. Aim to sit your hamstring onto your calf or as close as you can get. Push into the ground to stand back up into your starting position and repeat.
