How to do Serratus Anterior Foam Roller Slides
Start close the wall and place the sides of your hands on a foam roller around shoulder height. Pull your shoulders together in front of you to make the space between your shoulder blades flat (think about spreading your shoulder blades to your armpits). Pull your abs in and rib cage down. Squeeze your lats (side back muscles) to pull your shoulders back and down away from your ears. Keep this tension and position throughout.
