How to do a Short Foot (Foot Arch Holds)

Shorten the two points of your heel and your inside knuckle to create a foot arch. If you are finding this difficult, try doing this while seated so that there is less weight going through your foot. You can also imagine your foot to be a tripod: 1. Heel 2. Inside knuckle 3. Outside knuckle With minimal toe involvement, aim to shorten the distance between the outside and inside knuckles and your heel to create an arch your foot.
