How to do a Shoulder Extension Stretch (Seated, Extended Legs)

Start seated on the floor with your hands approx shoulder width apart and your fingers are facing away from you Set your shoulders back and keep your chest proud. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, and move your butt and legs out away from you until you feel a nice stretch in the front of your chest, shoulders and biceps. Hold for desired time.
