How to do a Skater Squats (Knee Only)
Stand on one leg with your other leg tucked up towards your chest. Bring your lifted leg behind you, tucking your heel in towards your butt. Bend your hips and the knee of your standing leg. Softly land just the knee of your lifted leg. Push through your standing leg to return to the starting position. If this movement is too challenging try landing on your knee and then using a little bit of support from your other foot on the way up, only as much as you need. Alternatively you can place an elevated object to touch your knee too. The taller the object the easier this movement becomes.
